Phyllis Nelson: “Chemical Reaction” BPM 113 (22”) CNR.

The most played track from her “I like you” album finally appeared in a mix by the hands of Shep Pettibone. (Does this man have time for anything else?). And here too, enough was added (but also omitted) to the already excellent but busy album version, causing the song to quickly shoot to the top of the dance charts in Amsterdam. Perhaps less commercial than “I like you,” but certainly a valuable addition to any nightclub.
