Both tracks were written by Paul Parker and Ian Stephens, with the latter also handling production duties. Influences from Parker’s recent 12” releases are clearly audible, especially in the instrumental backing. Madleen effortlessly sings through “Angel,” of which two different versions are included. Additionally, the record features “Ecstasy,” which is largely instrumental and doesn’t differ much from “Angel.” Of course, the necessary breaks, intros, and outros have been added for the DJs. Overall, it’s a slick and clear production.
