Juan Elmzoon (All Star Fresh)

Juan used to be the partner of Miker G. They were seen together in early ’86 on the TV show ‘Jonge Helden’ by VPRO. Juan is the DJ at Be-Bop in Amsterdam and also an excellent live mixer. Recently, along with his colleague Geronimo, he produced their first record for Polydor, set to be released in early ’87. They call themselves Defastating, and the track is titled “Papa Joe.” It’s pure hip-hop with rap, scratch, and human beatbox. Now, we wait to see if it will be as successful as Miker G’s.
