His Soulshow on Thursday night is the oldest disco program in the Netherlands, now an institution where many dance enthusiasts can’t do without.

So, 1986 was a great year, and 1987 is expected to be even better. In the Soulshow, they plan to broadcast live recordings of significant concerts this year. While the exact concerts are not known yet, the SOS Band and Luther Vandross are likely to be the first.
Comments on my top ten: 1 - what soul indeed! 2 - old-fashioned goodness, 3 - the Memphis Soul Stew of 1986, 4 - already a classic, 5 - a world-class clip on the radio, 6 - a new standout for '87, 7 - production-wise, certainly one of the top tracks of '86, 8 - brilliantly good in all its simplicity, 9 - super simple, and 10 - even Stevie Wonder himself now.
